MILC Group's goal is to provide the tools to ensure the future of dairying for Every Dairy. Job Description: MILC Group is seeking a Key Account Manager to cover the Northeast region, calling on dairy farmers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and dealers to sell our Tech Solutions. This will be a traveling position and the Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with MILC Group's sales strategy for the Midwest region
- Build and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, nutritionists, and veterinarians in the region
- Identify and qualify potential customers in the region and convert them into MILC Group's clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote MILC Group's products
- Provide training and support to customers on MILC Group's products
- Collaborate with MILC Group's internal teams to provide feedback from customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of sales experience within the dairy industry
- Knowledge of the Northeast region's dairy industry and its key players
- Ability to travel frequently within the Northeast region
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Maintain a remote working environment and conduct Virtual Sales Calls and Demonstrations.
